"We called ahead to try and check in early after letting them know we would be arriving about 1:30/2pm. First time I called was about 1:40pm and was told they get an update from house keeping at 2:30pm to call back then. I call then and they contact house keeping and tell us they just finished cleaning and we can check in. When we got there we found a fake nail on the master bedroom door, trash on one of the nightstands, and trash out by the pool."

"Everything was out of date. It actually smelled old in the room like unclean. The first room we we given it smelled old and the closet had an big open hole in it and the door was off the hinges laying on the ground"

"His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. "The advertisement on line is NOTHING like the actual property. They are baiting and switching. I even emailed them to confirm a few things, and they never followed thru with any of that. The room was FILTHY... i have videos of hair in the tub, food on the bedding. The carpet was not fit to walk on.
