"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. En arrivant Marco nous a conseillé des restaurants et des lieux à visiter. La chambre était grande et propre. Rien à réclamer. Pour aller à la gare ou au centre ville il faut compter 20 minutes. Point extra: une merveilleuse terrasse sur le toit avec vue magnifique sur Florence."

"Loved the location - close to the train station which was very nice. Pros - location and staff were great. The room and building was alright and did the job for 3 nights. AC worked consistently and well for spring time. I am not sure its strong enough for the summer though."

"Pros: * easy to check yourself in with codes for main and hotel doors. *free water *king sized beds in family suite Cons: *terrible and smelly bathroom. Shower door does not stay on the track. No shelf in shower for shampoo or soap. Not enough hooks for towels. *no chairs in rooms"
