"The room was clean - the staff doing a good job - but is not a kid friendly except the pool ,, there’s no activities for kids ,, except the kids club which is a small room with toys that’s it !! The food was average nothing spectacular - sometimes they close the buffet for no reason and one of restaurants as well,, I don’t know why — also the buffet one day I saw a small cockroach near the food ,, makes me thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen ,, overall is okay "

"The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and being right on the beach was definitely the highlight of our trip. Everyone at the resort treated us great and the rooms were nice and clean.
The biggest downside was the food honestly I’d rate it about a 2/10. Unless the food improves, we probably wouldn’t stay again.
What really ruined the experience for us though was Expedia. We are a family of 5, and I originally booked what I thought was ONE suite that fit our family. But because...

"I love the breakfast buffet! Swimming pool was nice. Staff at the buffet provide a great service. Sunday there is no room cleaning service and Monday April 27th was a holiday in Mexico so no room cleaning service either. So we suffered with wet towels for two days in a row."
