"The rooms have portable AC units & on hot days its awful inside the room. Simply doesnt blow cold enough. Couple in room next to me left 20 mins into their stay because the air conditioning was awful."

"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

"I recently stayed for eight nights while visiting my daughters. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping efficient. I especially enjoyed the ambiance of the main floor lounges and bar in the late afternoons. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't want to venture far. I would definitely stay here again."
