"I came to Brooklyn to attend a concert for my BDay. I was pleasantly surprised to know that the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. You never know what you're going to get with NY energy... Also, the cleaning staff was awesome; I ended up leaving them a little tip! My room was cleaned daily not like some other major chains. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here @ NU and would recommend it to anyone."
