"It was a decent stay. The room was very small even for NYC standards. The view of the city was incredible but having only blackout curtains was a negative. My AC and phone didn't work and maintenance was quick to respond so that was a plus. There's complimentary breakfast but it's nothing to write home about."

"Everything was as expected except the bathroom door is a barn style door that refused to stay closed. Slid itself ooen every time and there was no latch. Ended up jamming a towel under it so it stayed. Everything else was good and clean."

"It’s a big, clean, quiet, basic room with no frills, no room service, no on-site store to purchase a water or soda and a single-flow air conditioner (it’s either hot or cold depending on the season, no actual temperature control). Oh, and did I mention that you get all of that for over $550 midweek? Bottom line: this is an acceptable barebones $250/night hotel in any other city that gets a premium because it’s in Wall Street.
