"The room was incredibly clean! It’s sucha beautiful hotel. I highly recommend getting one of the penthouses and enjoying the view. Loved my little weekend getaway there. The staff were friendly, the restaurant on the ground floor was also really good."

"I didn't have breakfast. I was denied breakfast and I was running late meeting with my tour guide to the statute of Liberty and Ellis Island. I thought since I have paid for a room with breakfast, the had a data that show that information but it was not that way. I was told I needed to download the voucher for separately. Since I was running late I left.."

"Checking in was great very helpful and and understanding. Only complaint everytime I turned the ac down it would revert to whatever it was in before. Other than that love it. Would come back!"
