"At face value, the property was nice. It's in a good location, the service overall was very good, and their restaurant was also very good. Really the only issue was the strong musty smell in the room. We checked as soon as they got the room prepared and there was really not much of a smell. Then we returned to the room that evening, As soon as we opened the door to the room the musty smell was overwhelming. The next morning, I addressed it with the desk. They were very nice, offered to...

"Great hotel in a very convenient location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. My room did have some wear and tear but overall it was still good. It's not fancy but it's everything you need and clean. This was my second time staying here and I would stay here again. Breakfast was not included in my stay but they do have a small cafe and restaurant where you can get food on the fourth floor of the hotel. There's a split elevator design so you have...

"The cleaning crew came in and cleaned and did a really good job, but the property itself needs to be stepped up on the cleaning. Amenities of the shuttle is a little misleading because either you lose 30 minutes getting there and also the shuttle leaves at weird times and picks up the weird times that don’t let you enjoy the park. The whole time we were there, we didn’t get to use the shuttle ones. We had to pay for Uber’s own lifts because of the timing of the shuttles and how long they took. ...

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
