"Balcony had floor tile missing, could be very dangerous. Room needs some updating. we initially had trouble getting in with the code but we called customer service and they were able to help. Overall okay experience but not worth the rate we paid for those reasons listed above."

"Studio rooms are smaller than the pictures online. Very poorly equipped kitchen which is placed basically as the entry hall. No dining space. We had a long term stay in AKA before. I can't even compare the quality. Very mediocre. Not a good option if you are after a "comfortable" long term stay. Staff are friendly."

"It all started when we arrived in the lobby and the code. I had three days before we arrived didn’t work. Apparently you should have a code 24 hours before you arrive when we got to our room the air-conditioning didn’t work. There was no towel bar in the bathroom. There was a standup fan on the floor, which we assume was because the AC didn’t work properly. it was very uncomfortable our first night sleep, hoping that the AC would change overnight, which it didn’t in the morning. "The location is perfect! Easy walk to various subway lines. Many places to eat around the location. The room has a kitchen. It was great to have a place for drinks and easy breakfast and lunch meals. Everything was clean. Very good communication for check in."
