"Me and my family we really love the place, subway was to close to the hotel.the thing we didn't like the breakfast was the same thing every day for one week that's the only thing we didn't like.but I recommend you to book."

While there were a few things that could be improved, such as response time and some of the facilities, the hotel met my basic expectations. The location was convenient, and it served its purpose for my trip. I would consider staying here again if the areas needing improvement were addressed"

"Not a terrible place to stay, but quite noisy and so-so clean. Neighborhood is also rough if you are not accustomed to The Bronx, very busy and noisy. I guess price/quality is OK for this place. Staff was helpfull 👍"

"I was in a non smoking room and could smell smoke in my bathroom everyday. Noisy hallways. There was cleaning going on in a room at 11pm. Not a great place to stay"

"The front desk were quite accommodating in fulfilling some requirements for some extra amenities. Bell desk and concierge were also quite helpful, arranged an airport drop off at very reasonable price."

"It’s a perfect hotel city, if you want stay located close everything! They let me check in a bit early, the room was nice and clean.. one small let down was always a line for elevator, but I’m guessing it’s always like that in NY hotel full of people!"
