"Bought my 1 year old there to celebate her birthday. House keeping actually thought the towel we bought for her use was the hotels towel and cleared it. we hung it up in the wardrobe to be clear. the towel was white but even has her name embroided on it. the towel was eventually returned but i had no choice but to use the hotel towel on my baby after her shower. all the hotel did was say sorry. i requested for compensation but they have not reached out till today. i stayed in the suite. paid...

"Our stay was okay but would not stay again. There was a constant bad odour from the bathrooms, under the beds were dusty, ants in the kitchen, shower screen needed cleaning. Perfect location and pool was the best part."
