"Parking on site was an added bonus- although to qualify for the 24-hour hotel £20 guest rate you need to go into reception. I spent 10 minutes trying to pay parking online and via the app, before going in. Then it was simple. Room was clean and very functional. Only confusion was the lighting. Managed to switch it all off at night but couldnt get any response from the electric keypads in the morning. Used my phonelight in bathroom. Breakfast very good value for £10! No bacon seemed to be a...

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the restaurant a treat with exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff."

"Booked a ‘deluxe room’ and was given a basement room with no windows. So pretty sure I didn’t get that a paid for, either that or the standard rooms are somehow worse?! Didn’t bother asking reception as I’d been traveling all day/overnight so couldn’t be bothered to move if that was an option. Definitely something to be cautious of when bookings and checking in"

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in London zu bleiben. Leider wird das Zimmer erst ab sieben Nächten einmal zwischen gereinigt. Man kann sich zwar neue Handtücher besorgen allerdings ist es doch ganz nett, wenn zwischendurch mal sauber gemacht wird. Die Umgebung ist sicherer als gedacht. Auch wenn man sich kurz etwas gewöhnen muss."

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"
