"The A/C was not functioning!!!"

"My stay was from Friday to Monday cheer competition, which we have done for the past 4 years and this time it was the worse ever. The bath tub was clogged it and took maintenance over 24 hours to come. Then we needed extra towels and I had to literally go look for a staff member myself. Housekeeping never came to bring us extra towels or blanket we requested. Then Saturday evening we get back to our room and it was a big gray trash bag tied to the dresser. Now we did not leave a lot of trash in the room when we left Saturday afternoon so it was no need for a big trash bag to be left in my room. The only thing housekeeping did was take out the trash which had cups and napkins in. I was so disappointed with my stay this time around that next year I’m already thinking about staying at another hotel. Oh then I asked a staff at the front desk will I be compensated for my inconvenience she said why would I be compensated."

"This property is 100% worth the price! Although it is a little farther from the strip, the amenities, cleanliness, and service make it more than worth it! The staff were helpful and listened to understand requests. They looked for ways to help ans ensured the accuracy of your bill. The rooms are clean and comfortable."

"The Ivory Suite is a spacious 1,000 sq. ft. room with potential, but unfortunately the suite is badly showing its age and is in serious need of an overhaul. Don’t look too closely or you’ll notice stains, dirt, and visible wear throughout the room. The two bathrooms were also underwhelming for a suite — a small shower, no tub, only one trash can, and just two sets of towels provided. Service issues made the experience even more disappointing. By day two we needed fresh towels and attempted to call housekeeping using the clearly marked phone button, but after 20 minutes with no answer we finally called the front desk. The front desk informed us that housekeeping calls are supposedly routed there, which clearly was not functioning properly. The pool experience was equally frustrating. We had reserved daybeds in advance, yet it still took nearly an hour from arrival before we were settled and able to place our first drink order. I understand the property has changed hands over the years, but the overall experience was a shocking disappointment compared to what this resort once represented."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the free breakfast was delicious...I recommend the avocado toast! If you want a quiet stay away from the busy strip, this hotel is great! I will definitely be back."

"Last visit was a stay inside a cigarette. This stay only the sheet stunk. Don’t bring your own drugs, just walk the hallways or visit ride share and breathe deep."
