"One of the poorest experiences I have had in Las Vegas. The room was dirty; not in the most visible places, but as soon as you moved a thing or looked into a corner, or underneath something, it was dirty, almost filthy. No coffee maker, no water bottle, no fridge. No internet connection. They say there is, but it doesn't get to the room, or almost gets connected, but not really. Cigarette smell everywhere. They are revamping some areas, so there is extra dust everywhere, and if you wanted to...

"It was a lovely hotel. Overall we really enjoyed it. For the most part very quiet except on Friday and Saturday even though we were on the 60th floor, there was a constant drum beat or bass beat or something, very annoying for four hours from about 1 o’clock till 5 o’clock. I inquired and apparently it was the band at the swimming pools. I’m not sure it was possible to get away from it but it was much worse on Saturday afternoon than Friday. An hour or so would’ve been OK but it went on and on...

"Perfect place to stay with the family in Vegas. Was pleasantly surprised to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. Had a blast at the pool, fun game room, and fitness center had plenty of equipment. Front desk staff was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again."

"Charged my card $260 when I wasn’t even physically at the property. My brother booked the room under his name and showed up for the reservation but they wouldn’t take his card with his name that’s matches his ID. They said they needed mine as mine was what my brother used to reserve the room KNOWING they would have to change it because it wasn’t my reservation. The front desk when I called TOLD me they couldn’t charge my card since I wasn’t there but yet I was charged?"
