"Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks...

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"Very nice - albeit fairly small (not unusual for London!) - room with modern and clean bathroom. The hotel itself is well positioned near bars, restaurants, local shops and a 10-15 minute walk to Hammersmith underground and bus stations."

"Lovely location (perect for Olympia), excellent aircon and comfy bed. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn't have done more for me, especially Anastasia. I had an issue with the rattling door on room B3, which woke me up in the early hours and kept me awake. Anastasia managed to change my room over for the 2nd night. I would happily stay again. "

"Upon our arrival the staff were accommodating and welcoming and very friendly, our room was spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable the aircon was a life saver the tv worked the shower was great although not for the tallest of people. Robes slippers and toiletries supplied coffee station, fridge iron and ironing board and hair dryer came in handy! The breakfast!!!! Was 10/10 and the staff on during the breaking 10/10 couldn’t have been more helpful! We stayed for 2 nights and had...
