Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"Overdelivered in every respect. From check in where our dogs were welcomed with their own beds and hamper, to a delicious dinner in a lovely atmosphere, followed by a night in an incredibly comfortable bed and a top notch breakfast.....we loved it all."

"This hotel is wonderful. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and it was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities. The hotel is beautiful, it’s well maintained and in the process of sone restoration which was so discrete you couldn’t even hear it.
