"Our group booked six rooms at W6 Hotel Hammersmith, and the quality varied considerably. One room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, while others had issues with cleanliness, maintenance, unpleasant smells and shower temperatures. Problems encountered included mould in a fridge, damaged walls, cracked window glass, faulty lighting, a persistent burning smell and stained bathroom surfaces. Some rooms also had damaged furnishings and exposed wiring. The biggest disappointment was the...

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great."
