"This place is filthy dirty when you walk down the corridor to your room the carpet is covered in dirty patches. I was supposed to stay for two nights. I could barely tolerate one night. I checked out the next morning and I told the front desk that the place was dirty. "The staff was helpful from the first day we arrived. We were able to put our bags in a safe area because we got there early, which was helpful. We were always greeted, and most of the area was well-maintained. However, I did give it 4/5 stars because the shower ceiling looked like it was starting to grow mold, and the shower curtain didn't hold anything in, so the floor kept getting wet, which was irritating. Again, though, very friendly staff."

"Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel. I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper...
