"The hotel was beautiful and wonderfully convenient. We had some grumbles about the room we were initially allocated but the staff were patient and receptive to our concerns and quickly provided us a new room with zero challenge. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for our next visit to Richmond."

"Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I wanted a quiet peaceful experience and we received just that. Staff was great, room service was always fast and delicious, room was large and we felt very safe inside the park. We like to go for walks frequently, and this is a perfect safe place to enjoy. "The executive rooms are that rare thing, comfy, with everything you need and no hassle. Coffee machine, good mattress calm peaceful room without someone’s dreadful idea of interior design! The tv needed re setting - sky wasn’t working - No problem it’s done! One small glitch, the shower temp mixer needed calibrating but then I like a hot shower so I just got on with it! Will stay again. Love it "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. We arrived late as we were staying after watching the tennis but we got an upgrade when we arrived. The room was clean and so beautiful. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. We were woken by another guest who clearly didn’t understand that other people were asleep at 2am but that’s not the fault of the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"Great stay and location was perfect for Kew the Music! Food was really good. Rooms were a bit dated and could use a refresh, although the bathroom was really nice with the added touch of toiletries. Staff very friendly."
