"Excellent amenities but the friendlies of the staff stood out. From the reception staff, concierge right through to the cleaning staff everyone was friendly and approachable. I don't normally complete review requests but it would have been remiss of me not to have responded.
I hope this review will be relayed to everyone concerned as I'm sure they have to deal with no end of challenges on a daily basis. My very best wishes to them all and I'll definitely be back.
Kind regards,

10/10 Excellent
"Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London! "
"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
"Quirky but lovely old building that puts the modern, often soulless chain of hotels to shame. Our room was clean and packed with amenities. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. The Melody restaurant was great and the portion sizes were large! The whisky bar had an incredible range to choose from but could be dangerous! We would definitely recommend this and we will be returning next time we visit London. "
