"The experience was horrible with Expedia because of them I was charged and scammed from this property never ever booking these kind of properties ever. They charge you first and ask for deposit in text. The most annoying and rude experience. Scam is going on London"

"Wonderful. The room was spotless and way above what i expected. 5 mins to the tube station and a further 5 minutes to the Apollo.

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"It's a nice character building to walk into. I was happy with my stay, I'd re-book. Room was nicely set up but there's lot of switches I did not know what they're for, The fridge did not work. The building was hot that I was in and the room was a bit hot but it was during a hot spell. It was good value. Location and free parking all good."

"Sheets were clean on the bed. That’s the nicest thing I can say. The hotel is in such a bad condition, exposed ceilings in common areas and in both rooms we had, the bathroom sinks were backed up and it just all felt terribly dirty and not taken care of at all. Dirty table in room and just not a nice place."

"Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. The room smelt strongly of urine and another unpleasant odour, making us feel sick and want to leave immediately. We only stayed because our daughter had an exam the next day. The room was booked for two people but only had one towel and mug, so we had to request another set. The TV did not work, and the window was stuck wide open. Reception advised us to stand on a chair to close it, showing little concern for guest safety and the double bed was a small...
