"Lowest price for area. Easy to find, excellent welcome at reception. Car park underneath easy to use but £18 per night! Rooms small but good, clean with all you need. Bar very poor and food definitely not al la carte but ok. Lady in cafe excellent- guys (not in suits) in restaurant could learn from her about customer service. Lifts speedy. Overall would use again but eat elsewhere. "

"The rooms are nice but the hotel is without many vending machines.. so if you have travelled a long time bring your own food. The room was a bit stuffy and the wifi did not work. It’s a bit expensive to get there from the airport- in hindsight I would have picked a hotel closer to the airport."

"The documents/info we received did not mention the POD rail transfer from T5 to hotel (8 plus pounds pp each way) We took bus route 423 for a fraction of the price Bus runs every 15 minutes. Restaurant is pretty good. There is also a nice pub 10 minute walk to the west"
