"Booked a deluxe room with a king bed facing the garden. Even had a dressing gown. Plenty of tea bags so we were very happy. So clean and bathroom right next door. "Terrible experience. I had a late check in and there was nobody there to let me in. A random guest had to come and open the door. I just stayed in a random room because there was no service or check in instructions. The room was filthy. The spread and sheets reeked of urine. Old towels were left in the room. "They promote as hotel but is an apartment with share common areas! They ask for extra money as deposit. Nobody at location (all by whatsapp)."
