"The staff were kind but the room wasn’t enjoyable. There Wasn’t enough bathroom roll and the bedding/bathroom wasn’t clean. The beds were comfy however the pillows were not comfy/too hard. For future customers - bring you’re own shower essentials, toilet roll and hand wash"

"I got exactly what I expected. The host was friendly when I arrived (which was close to the cutoff at 11 p.m. because of a flight delay), and he took me to my room. The room and restroom were very neat and clean for the price range, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay near Heathrow. "

"I've stayed here before, and - as previously - I found the staff to be professional and courteous and the rates to be very reasonable for the area. I've yet to try the optional breakfast, but its aroma smelt great as I checked out (and for £8 it was very reasonably priced too)."

"Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "

"Everything was immaculate and clean.The host was so lovely and helpful. We asked for hair dryer and iron and she kindly gave us.I felt like home."
