"The room was disgusting to the point that we left right after check in and didn’t even unload our car. Stains on the carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The were roaches and spiders everywhere. Mold on the lamp next to the bed. Shower was crusty and gross at the bottom like it had never been cleaned. Looked like a room that would have bed bug. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE "

"The furniture are out dated and very little closet space. The apartments/rooms are very clean. It is very family friendly and safe for all families. It is a very diverse environment. Please keep this in mind Westgate is a timeshare Resort company. They are going to try to sell you a timeshare. Enjoy vacation with your love ones."

"Very quiet area, loved the space in the house and everything was clean. Washing machine was very loud and unbalanced, it might to be checked. Pool was great and kept clean from leaves. The kitchen needs some improvement since the dishwashers are rusty and don’t clean well. 2 Pans and 3 pots are really not enough. Overall we had a great stay!"

"Dirty sticky floor, old sticky furniture, damp and musty sheets, no coffee, no kleenex, no hand towels. We were misled by Expedia ratings and comments. Very old delapidated inn with beautifully updated lobby which is the picture shown. Yes, It was under $100 dollars but I would have paid more if the ratings were truthful. Would not recommend it at all. Go next door to JCInn"

"We love the space and mini kitchen. Went to spend 4 days with our Grandchildren whose parents are owners with Westgate. We had requested a quiet location as we travel with our 4 lb Yorkie. We were assigned a suite that was adjacent to the elevator lobby. Our family loved the amenities."
