"As someone who typically chooses Hilton properties and has always had positive experiences, I was extremely disappointed with this stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, there was a dog barking almost constantly. We notified the hotel, but nothing was ever done to address the issue. "Arrived at 2;10 had asked for early check in when booked I know not garenteed but they said our room will be ready shortly just needs inspected waited 1 hour and 30 mins our grandkids 7 and 9 were very disappointed to sit in the lobby that long. Everything else was great. Pool, Breakfast Pizza for dinner very good. Shuttle to restaurants and the H20 Water Park was very convient,"
