"客室のシャワーや、ドライヤー、アイロンまでリファで揃えられており凄く気分があがりました。 シャワーホースは古いままで微妙な気分になりました。。途中ヘッドの重さで曲がりお湯がストップする事も。 施設自体は古さもあり、長年の汚れも見えますが、フロアのウォーターサーバー（水、氷、両方選べる）や、ネットTVなど充実してます。 リニューアルしたお部屋、貝のクッション、メインの階段周りがいつもシーズンに合わせて飾り付けられている所、気さくなホテルスタッフさん大好きです^ ^ 最上階のレストランビュッフェは少し変化していて、提供に時間がかかる時もありましたが、調理師さんスタッフさん共にとても感じが良かったです◎"

"The hot springs spa was amazing and very useful. It had different options for you to soak in from very hot to not so hot. I loved the hot pool with the cold bar to rest your head on. It made the experience that much more exciting. Overall very good time there and will definitely come back."

"Room was clean and big enough for 3 people. They have washing and dryer combo machines on 2 floors so we were able to do our washing which dried properly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. "We stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights and we had a wonderful time. The location is great, as it's just a few minutes' walk from two metro stations. The hotel feels very upscale (I've never seen such luxurious elevators) and is very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious enough, with a huge shower and a top-of-the-line bathroom. The breakfast is great and offers a wide selection. The staff were always exceptionally friendly. Everything was great!"

I came back to a dusty room, items on the floor by the bedside table, no amenities refilled, or cleaned yukata (despite mine was taken away).
