"I had an image of Tokyu Inn as functuonal , mediocre and cheap. However, this specific one in Namba is far beyond my previous prejudice. Huge self luggage storage is quite efficiently especially for early checj in and late check out without bothering any hotel staff. Free breakfast has good variety even with "Takoyaki", a typical Osaka food in a very large eating spaces in two floors. Room wad large enough to open my luggage. The location is close to most of "Namba" stations. Lastly but not...

"Breakfast was excellent. We like the tatami floors and Japanese experience. Friendly staff. Being able to do laundry was great too."

"Inexpensive hotel with great free activities for guest. Big public onsen, massage chair, free ramen, free drink including alcohol, free ice cream. Staff very nice, i checked in on 2nd March, they surprised me with mini pack of chocolate, they applaud me with happy face. Have coun laundry inside hotel. Even though the room is quite small. After open our luggage no way to walk."

"The rooms are nice, the top-floor onsen fabulous. Staff was friendly and the location is in the heart of a busy, energetic area, close to the dotonburi. Our biggest issue was that on arrival, our bathroom smelled terribly of urine. They sent cleaners but it remained terrible. We had to ask to be sent to another room, which was on a different floor from the rest of our group. The next day we did move back up again, but moving through three different rooms in 24 hours was less restful than we had...

"We loved everything about this hotel. They have a roof top you can hang out at night to view Kyoto. There are restaurants in the 2F to choose from. There's a bridge connecting to the Ukemoji train station. 7 Eleven next door. "

"Phenomenal location with a 24hr Family Mart in the same building, which is also connected to the subway. Room a little smaller but everything was great from check in to the bedding and the housekeeping service. "

"The hotel is located close to Umeda/osaka stations so with good connections. It was comfortable and clean. Rooms are small but it was expected. I was disappointed in the breakfast which was set from 4 options that all were more lunch like meals for my taste but I can imagine others not having the same issue. All im saying- if you’re a picky eater don’t bother paying to have breakfast included. Coffee and tea service is free 24/7 in the lobby which is nice. "

"Excellent location, its rainy day when we got in Kyoto we cant explore the area ,the good thing hotel is in the station and lots of shopping store and resto."
