Very convenient location and a great hotel

"The hotel is quite new and modern. Nice facilities with gym, pool, spa and even a convenience store! It’s common in Japan that they don’t let you check in until 3pm, but they do offer luggage storage for free. So at 3pm there was a line up for checking in. The staff are friendly. The room is clean, however I expect the mattress to be a bit better (it was a thinner spring mattress), but it didn’t affect my sleep. The hotel sent in clean towels for the next day which was quite nice. I also stayed in another APA location so I know it’s a trustworthy brand. "

"Nearby to metro station and in the heart of many dining options. Hotel provided pajamas and slippers. Guests have access to the onsen which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Friendly staff. There is a 24 hour Lawson at the base of the hotel which was very convenient. "

Perfect Experience

"I cannot say enough about how RIHGA hits all the marks. Atmosphere, comfort, staff politeness and attentiveness and the surrounding shops/restaurants. The hotel even has a subway stop on one of the lower floors to easily travel to different transfer platforms without ever setting foot outside!"

"Our first stay at this hotel which we chose for location. Some difficulties with self checkin, but quickly received assistance. Buffet breakfast was excellent in nice spacious dining hall. Superior twin on 33rd fl had nice views, comfortable room. Staff kept our luggage after check out while we spent time in the city. Excellent eating options in Links bldg, easy to catch cab to next destination. Would stay here again, highly recommend to travelers."
