"This was great for an overnight stay after a very long flight from the US to Narita and then to Osaka Itami before heading on the next day to Kyoto. It is located on the top floor of the airport so you did not even need to locate a shuttle bus. The rooms were modern and clean and there plenty of opportunities for eating at the airport. The staff was efficient and friendly."

"Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!"

"A rather unique setup in terms of its checking in and out and the apartment is very well designed in which you can do a bit of cooking if you wanted to. There’s a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for the guests to use too. Great location and pleasant environment. "

"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
