We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from Shin Kyoto train station, which is lined with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was bustling with large groups, but the staff handled it with grace and efficiency. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, which is quite impressive for Japan’s standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Superb and convenient location close to Kyoto Station which has multiple dining options and shopping within the station. The room was neat, clean and while quite small compared to Australian standards, considering it is Japan, it was sufficent space for 2 people. The staff were friendly and despite the language barrier they did their best to help us forward our luggage to our next hotel. Thank you for a memorable and happy stay.

Really great hotel. It has an amazing breakfast buffet that starts really early so perfect for early risers. The laundry room is convenient although you need to compete with the rest of the guests to get a machine, and you have the issue that if it doesn't ddry well you need a second load. Overall it was good stay. I would like them to consider offering flexibility of upto 30 mins of early check in and late check out. When people are visiting from long distances, it is important to offer this buffer.
