"The description is misleading as the place is a distance from the hospital. Also they asked you to pass them your personal info online which is scary. "

"I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund."
