"Hotel and staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. The only negative is there isn't anything around within walking distance as far as restaurants and shops. This was not a problem for me but as a new visitor to Malayasia i would have liked to explore more in the linited time i had at the hotel. "

"This is the perfect place to stay if visiting Legoland Malaysia. Not only is it a clean, comfortable and spacious hotel, but the Lego theming is done very well and adds a totally awesome dimension to the stay. The staff are amazing and the eating options are also very kid friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I have nothing to complain about the hotel stay recently during April 2024. The staff are so polite and helpful, food was so good at the breakfast area and room was very clean and spotless. Bed is firm and with pillows that came in soft and firm. Swimming pool was a bit small but it was clean. "

"A lot of Google reviews were mainly complaining about the check in process and how unprepared the rooms were but it was not the case for us. I guess the hotel had worked on their service recovery. We came at around 3:30pm and our check in was so smooth. The twin room with pool view room was perfect for the 3 of us. Even though the sofa bed was not really a bed (it remained a sofa), but it fitted for one person. The hotel provided bed sheet, blanket, pillow toothbrush and bottled water for the third person sleeping on the sofa. The room was big, had a big table and the interior was chic. No complains during our stay. "

"Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. Staff were alright, just that they were a bit shorthanded so when we called from the rooms a couple times (even during non-peak like 9pm) no one picked up. When we asked for directions to the gym the staff kept directing us to the hot spring (2 completely different things and places)... Didn't try the food there. Location is great - I like it because it's near enough to the malls (all 20 min and below by Grab) but sufficient private and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again. I feel that the room and ambience is better than the KSL hotel attached to KSL mall. Was better than Atel**r and Tr*ve as well."
