"Das Hotel liegt zentral in London. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Westminster, also ideal für einen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer war groß, mit einer kleinen Küche und einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine nebst Kapseln. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert. Das Frühstück bietet typisch englisches und kontinentales Frühstück. Leider ist nur ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden, an dem sich regelmäßig eine Schlange bildet. Bedauerlicherweise war das freundliche Personal...

"staff very pleasant and helpful great location re landmarks and restaurants and shopping and tube station all in walking distance room itself very small w bed comfortable but tub super tall, hard to get in/out of shower and no place but the floor to open/spread out my suitcase/things. and IDK if it was cause I booked online vs direct but I had a beautiful view of....... a brick wall. literally 6" away. felt kinda claustrophobic ....kinda room that should only be used when the hotel is totally...

"Good location, bed very comfortable, decent size room and great shower. The room was a good size but the room could do with a refurb. We’ve stayed in one of the senior classrooms before and this is just a bigger version with the same amenities. Several sockets don’t work and some areas are a bit shabby. Service this time around was minimal. We were told to go up in the lift to the 3rd floor but the lift only goes to floor 2. We then had to wander a bit to find how to get to 3. Shame also...
