"This was excellent for the price! Our room in particular was very oddly set up and the carpet was very old and needed a good cleaning. Other than that, everything else was very clean, the property is nice and fun to stay at."

"I got two rooms in the remodeled section of the hotel. The condition of the hotel was not good. The rooms looked ok but were dingy. The bathroom had mold in it. The towels were still dirty. Several smelled horribly. I refused to shower there and opted to wait until the following day when I got home. I tossed and turned all night scared something was crawling on me in bed. Thankfully I saw nothing. Everything else had been so bad I was terrified to touch anything there. I was honestly scared I was going to catch something. The hallway appeared dull and neglected. There was food on the floor in the middle of the hallway when we arrived and it was still there the following day. There are no employees anywhere. You check yourself in on a kiosk, go to another one to activate your room keys and go to another desk to sign your life away to borrow a luggage cart for an hour. The “resort” smelled like farts. I couldn’t believe how gross it was. As soon as you walked in it hit you like a ton of bricks. Also, because there’s no employees there to explain the process we made it to the resort side and couldn’t figure out why our room keys didn’t work to get the elevator moving. After 20 minutes another guest showed us a small pole with a sign on it where you have to tap the room keys you already activated so they are activated for use in the elevator. I would never stay there again. "

"While our stay was relatively good, few of our concerns were we were provided rooms in Versailles tower which was a 10 minutes walk from our room to the lobby. We weren’t informed about this while checking in, having older folks in the group, this was difficult walk every time. Secondly, the staff entered the room when asked to bring towels while one guest was changing. Highly inappropriate, when asked, he said he thought there was no one in the room when we had the room occupied tag on the door outside. "
