"I initially booked a King bed or twin bedroom as per what was pn Expedia website for 2 nights. However, I was given a double room. I had no option but to pay extra for a 2 double bed room."

"Flight got canceled and communicated new ETA to property. Didn’t check messages and canceled our stay. Thankfully, the reception staff was able to get us a replacement room but the room was dusty and hot as an oven. We eventually got fans after asking 2-3 times and the staff did seem helpful but were just forgetful?"

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong gutter smell throughout our stay. The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water. When we asked for help staff told us to use a towel to turn the knob but it was extremely difficult and we ended up having cold showers. "It is not clear that there are no bathroom in the rooms, we had to go to another hotel, and when we complained, only then we were asked to come back and receive rooms with bathrooms for no extra costs. That was too late."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"They turned off the air conditioner and gave 2 fans. 1 of them didn’t work. Plus I couldn’t open 1 of the windows as it was broken. It was roasting hot over the past couple of days so I needed things work and open. The toilet pan and shower were dirty. I wouldn’t go back."

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."
