"I stayed in Room 411, which is located on the lower ground floor with access to a patio through a glass wall that includes two windows and a door. Unfortunately, the lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable.
The room only had thick blackout curtains and no sheer or lighter blinds. This meant that during the daytime, anyone walking through the patio area—including other guests and cleaning staff—could easily see into the room unless the curtains were completely closed. As a result, we had to keep the curtains shut throughout the day, which prevented us from enjoying natural daylight.
Another issue was the noise in the mornings. The cleaning staff working in the patio area were quite loud, and while cleaning outside they were banging against the balcony/patio, which woke us up and disturbed our rest.
Aside from these issues, our stay would have been much more comfortable."
