"We traveled with a 1-year-old and were unfortunately placed on a floor that was under construction during our stay. The noise was very disruptive, especially during nap time and overnight, which made it difficult for our baby to sleep comfortably.
The room itself was clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is also in a great location with easy access to public transportation and many attractions around London, which was definitely a plus.
However, the room felt extremely small for two adults and a baby. We were also disappointed that the only sleeping option offered for our child was a playpen rather than an actual crib. Combined with the construction noise, it made traveling with a young child more challenging than expected.
We also felt that the hotel was outdated and gave more of an “upscale motel” feel than what we anticipated from the photos online. Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay for a quick trip to London, it’s not a terrible option — but families with small children may want to consider other accommodations."
