The room itself had multiple issues — the sink was clogged, there were no accessible outlets near the bed, and despite being assigned a non-smoking room, the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes. "Our first night the tv did not work, no matter what we tried. So the second night when it still didn't work we called the desk for help and a service person came. It didn't work after he left so we called again. Second time didn't work after he left, also third time. So at that point we were pretty tired and disappointed, and felt that since TV was one of Club Quarters' amenities, we should get a refund because we couldn't get TV. Let us know. Also, second problem was the bathroom door...
