"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor. "Value for money, good food , wish there were more hooks for towels"

"Hotel does not look like the photos, only the lobby is nice. Only gave one room key to our family, internet slow, towels stained, water not hot, sheets were stained yellow from pee. On the positive, no bugs."

"Not bad overall. Cleaniness of the rooms need improvement, saw ants crawling all over when you have food in the room for less than a day. The flush was leaking the whole night. Area is convenient and good food around for cheap price. "

"Washroom with broken Bidet,soap holder, dirty commode, and untidy washroom.. linens were old and worne, rats and roachers around and inside the property, check in limited to 10PM late night travellers be aware. No food in the court after 8PM and not a conveninet place to walk and find food.. im not booking next time for sure.! "

"フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。"
