"I had a disappointing experience at Millen Hotel. The check-in process took far longer than expected, and the front desk staff especially the Chinese girl seemed unfamiliar with the payment process, which caused delays. I hope the management can improve staff training and efficiency to provide a better experience for future guests. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Granite is in a great lication, short walking distance to KOMTAR, Prangin Malls, 1st Avenue mall and GAMA. It is also within easy walking distance of Chowrasta market, the old town, the piers and street art. Our room was actually a one bedroom apartment in the former Summit M suites, the Serene Suite. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable with a KS bed and a pillow menu too. The pool is lovely and the views, drink and food at the roof top bar are excellent. We've loved our stay and we'd come back."

"Always love to stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcome your stay. Enjoyed the Breakfast buffet at Sarkies esp roti canai, char kyaw tiau, and the juices. "

"Maybe i was late, but my breakfast experience was not good. Went down around 9.30, i had to queue before i got a seat. The food was so so. That's why I wondered why so many people eating there and took so long to leave"

"One of the Receptionist is very rude screams and shouts at customer after accusing customer for stealing key card. Acts like she is the warden who doesn’t realise she is in working in the service line. Lazy in general just sitting down playing with her phone and once need to work and resolve issues then gives dirty face to customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
