Our room was great, plenty of room and well maintained, and a lovely view. Filtered drinking water on all floors was ideal. The buffet breakfast was very good. All staff in reception, housekeeping and breakfast area very friendly and hospitable. "

"First impression not good. We arrived at the hotel, 2 porters were standing there, one helped to unload luggage from our Grab, and left them on the ground, not even took them to the lift for us. No courtesy, no words, no strong gesture to make us feel that they wanted to give us a welcoming signal."

"Carpark view. Can pay more for higher room with better view if you want. Friendly and Helpful staff. There’s a connection to the beach via overhead bridge only accessible by hotel guests. Breakfast nice selection. No need to go early if you want. If you have to checkout early, can request the front counter to prepare breakfast to take away. Hotel is old but is well kept. Nice place. Have to use Grab to travel around but very easy and affordable. "
