"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff and service were absolutely brilliant! And it was all the little included extras that really made it a true five star experience... shuttle bus, beach bags, reusable water bottles, snorkelling, kayaking, arcade games, equipment, ice-cream, fairy floss, cold towels, movie nights. Plus a great happy hour!"

"The private hot springs is the highlight.Wareerek offers quiet and peace. There is a stillness to the place that is very comforting. There is nothing around resort, but there is no need to leave the resort as the whole time you would just want to either soak in the hot springs,or, enjoy the massages.The food is light, tasty and a lot to choose from.The people are very warm and accomodating.It is beautiful place and would want to visit it again."

"Very much welcome by the concierge but waiting for the reception was a bit tiring. They didn’t even explain the benefit of different suites. The suites was nice, but no tv at the living hall. "
