We liked the hotel. The view from the balcony was excellent with scenic beauty. The food was great. We did not like the water leakage from the shower head and blockage in the sink in spite of reminding the staff.

So-so.It's clean and new, badly located in the busy highway. If you want to experience the laid back, private smbiance of Bali, this is not the place. Also, super basic. Yhey dont't even provide shampoo and lotion.

Definitely recommend
The price of this hotel was amazing especially for what you will be getting in return. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. They make you feel so welcome. The room was very clean and so were the rest of the facilities. The shuttle to the beach was free was so helpful and easy to use. We ate at the restaurant multiple times. We ended up going back there a few days after checking out before we were leaving to go home because we loved it so much. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to experience Nusa Dua especially if you are traveling on a strict budget. We happen to be there during an earthquake and felt safe. We went all Bali and this was our favorite hotel by far. Ps. We got the bay view room and breakfast definitely worth the extra few dollars.

Lovely place and helpful staff
Got a free upgrade to the family suite. Room had a regular 3-pin plug so no adapter was necessary. Large smart TV had a wide range of channels in various languages and was able to play everything on my USB. Breakfast was satisfactory but wifi was spotty at times. Overall very satisfied.

Staff very friendly and accommodating Although far from the beach the hotel shuttle does daily trips to Nusa Dua Although I was told I would be getting breakfast included that was not the case.I had to pay the second morning which was not a problem as it was only $8 The first was given complimentary because of the hotels mistake The receptionist , Annie, was very apologetic. I had a room facing the road and was very noisy from the traffic otherwise very comfortable

Lovely hotel, amazing staff
The only thing that let this hotel down is the location as nothing is really in walking distance so we had to get a taxi everywhere. However, the hotel itself is lovely with nice clean rooms and the staff are so friendly and attentive. For the price we paid, it was a fantastic find.

Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and beds comfy and pillows are the best. All the meals we had very nice. My sister Gail and I (Julie) would stay here again.

Nice hotel in convenient location, friendly staff
We stayed for two nights before flying out of Bali. The first night we had a room which had a loud generator noise running the whole night which made it difficult to sleep. We requested to move to the other side of the hotel and they moved us with no issue which was good. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are all very helpful.

A few equipment inside the room require some maintenance. Hotel is not very close to the beaches, but they provide shuttle. The hotel resturant's foods are okay and the price is affordable. Hotel staffs are polite but need some friendliness. Overall, everything is average.

Mahogany is luxury for less. I agree.
Quality in-house bar, nice view from spacious balcony- you get to see the toll bridge and ocean view...an amazing outdoor pool, lovely b'fast spread. Rooms - high-quality. And the staff--- Super friendly, very polite and always in action. Would be nice to have a free pick-drop to Jimbaran beach too..as it is provided to Bali Collection. I loved my stay at Mahagony. Keep it up!

Pleasant to stay but no beach access
Hotel is nowhere near the beach. You will get a partial view of Tanjung Benoa from the small balcony. Hotel is right next to the super busy Nusa Dua-Benoa Highway. The new PoP Hotel is right next door, and same row as Lerina hotel. If you are looking for comfort and not around during the day, this is a good place. Bed is super luxurious, especially the double bed. If you want the beach, go to Hard Rock. Breakfast is OK but limited choice. Other F&B is no-bo, but there are some shops to eat just 50m down the road.

very friendly hotel
My brother in law and I had a lovely stay at this hotel , it's such amazing value for money , the staff are amazing too , so helpful and so friendly , nothing was too much trouble , the only negative I have is the location , but as the hotel runs a shuttle this helps a lot , once you get to the beaches they are lovely . Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable Shower was not very good, had to use the little side attachment instead of the main showerhead Breakfast was fine although very oily. Other food at the hotel was terrible, very overpriced, and just not good. Leave the hotel to the main road, turn left and walk maybe 2-3 minutes, there is a restaurant called Boemboe (or something along those lines) - the food there was fantastic, some of the best we had in our trip to Bali. If you need water, turn right and maybe 3 buildings down is a market, 1.5L was 4500IDR (30 cents/"europennies" or 25 pence). Wifi was terrible, we work while we travel and it was regularly down. Their excuse was that the 10 minutes of rain had cut it out, but we went to a cafe nearby and it worked perfectly (and when we got back to the hotel it was still down) Staff were very nice. Honestly, if the wifi had been good, I think I would have quite liked this place. If you stay, just don't eat here unless you're desperate.

wonderful stay
we stayed at the hotel for 6 nights it was really a wondefull stay we get upgraded to the deluxe room with an amazimg view the staff are always smiling and welcoming and ready to serve us and they provide us a very good drive who pick up us in all our tours it was really the best hotel that i stayed in
