Okay I seriously can’t say even one bad thing about this resort! We stayed 3 nights in the Lumbung and it was amazing. Every detail of the resort is lush and peaceful. Amazing pools, the best massage I’ve ever had for only $25!!! The breakfast was so much larger than I expected with tons of food, drink and juice options. The area is close to the beach and very walkable. There’s a 24Hr store right next door and restaurants line the road in every direction. The staff were so willing to help! Above and beyond almost doesn’t sound like enough credit to them. I’ll be back!!!

The resort room was very comfortable and spacious, had a great resort vibe. The spa was such a nice experience too, very relaxing and the staff was friendly but professional.

I appreciated that the hotel accepted the early checked in like 1pm. I love the garden & beautiful swimming pool. Only one negative things is our room was in old tower, located side by the elevator, and in front of market with a lot of noise (loud music) from the street until 11pm. The pictures from hotels.com shows new family rooms in new building. But our room was in the old tower. The picture of family room was different from the hotels.com.

Unfortunately, on the last day at checkout we got charged twice on our first day near the pool/bar and they spent an hour looking at security footage which it showed us paying but they said because our backs were to the camera that we needed to pay the whole bill. The staff we rude and condescending as soon as we checked out so beware! The rooms were okay, the bathroom leaked quite a bit but the pool was nice and the surrounding areas of the hotel were great. However, make sure you pay cash as soon as you buy anything at the hotel! We luckily did it for the rest of the time we were there.

Beautiful hotel! All the staff were very helpful and kind. Facilities (pool, gym) were great and the restaurant had a great breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. Location is also perfect.
