"I've stayed here more than once and I've always found it to be a great place to stay in central London. There's not a gym (you can download an app and pay £10 a day to use it) and staff are present and helpful. Rooms are easy and what you'd expect for the price. No kettle, iron or hairdryer in the room, so as long as you are prepared for that, you'll enjoy your stay."
"This hotel was clean and quiet
The room was very small for two but we managed
Breakfast was very nice
Staff were friendly and helpful
Nice location easy to walk in neighborhood"
"Excellent location, central, underground just around the corner.
Staff extremely helpful, provided items we had forgotten to bring with us. Shout out to Yolanda, excellent customer service.
Breakfast was delicious, lots of items to choose from.
Would recommend a room away from the lift as can be noisy."
"We had a triple room for 2 nights. Room was great and plenty large enough for 3 adults, with a kingside bed and a double sofa bed. All were very comfortable. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and staff were great. Special shout out to the lovely doorman who always greeted us with a friendly “good morning/afternoon while holding the door open.
Hotel is in a fabulous position right opposite the Savoy where we had afternoon tea. Covent Garden was a few minutes walk away and we also walked to Oxford Street, which took about 25 mins."
"The room was clean but very basic, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaning staff, they were always welcoming with a smile and even attended our room hours after they'd done everyone else's as we spent almost a whole day relaxing in the room and then when we went out for dinner, they somehow knew and went in to freshen the room up which was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected given we hadn't seen them working on the floor when we left"
