We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Parking is available on-site and very convenient. Universal Studios is a short drive away & the hotel also provides free theme park shuttles! Breakfast is also included in the stay. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Ideal location - next door to Universal Studios, close to everything: Disney, Sea World and MCO airport. Nice rooms, excellent service, free parking and reasonable pricing. Thanks for making my family vacation a wonderful experience again!

Staff was very courteous ! The hotel however is very underwhelming . A tiny lobby/breakfast area and everything just seemed old. The room was just as disappointing. The sofa bed was filthy and the mattress cover had large holes in it! To top it all off the shuttle they advertise to the theme parks only runs during the day! I would not stay there again!
