"Overall it was a nice,clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The evening staff was phenomenal! The daytime staff were not particularly friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. If you are traveling here in the warmer months, be warned that the AC units in the rooms work on motion sensors and will turn off while you are in the parks. While the temperature was in the mid 80’s for my visit, this wasn’t terrible. However, coming back to a 75° F room after being in the sun all day...

"We ate breakfast there and it was a great. The Hispanic lady that works the breakfast area in the morning does a great job. I wish I could remember her name. She provides great customer service. The pool area was clean and it had plenty of clean towels. It's located five minutes from the universal studios. Location and everything was great. "

"The rooms are very clean and the beds so comfortable. The view to the park is a plus, as you can see Volcano Bay and Universals. We walked to Universal studios, taking us about 20-30 minutes. The pool is a great perk at the end of the day and it staus open late allowing us to relax a feet long walks all day. The staff was very helpful and professional. "This is a great venue to stay at and my family and I felt safe the entire time! The only thing I didnt agree with is that youre charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, even though you paid to stay there AND had to drive a vehicle to the venue. Other than that, the room smelled great and everything was spotless upon arrival! Regardless of the parking charges, I'd stay here again! "

"Everyone was very friendly and willing to help! The ladys serving up the meals were the bomb!!!"

"The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back."
