"We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back."

"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"Terrible run down room! I didn’t want our grandkids to sleep on the pull out couch as we noticed right away the spider webs behind it. Also noticed silver fish running around entire unit and bathroom was disgusting! "

"Everything was perfect except the kitchen is to close to the main lobby and seating area also kitchen door was always open making the food smell all around the main lobby and entrance. Its just a remake but I will stay again .."

"Airport shuttle took some time around 45 min wait but once we got to the hotel it was fast and in the room. They were great and understanding including extending our stay last minute due to huge Spirit Airlines shutdown less then an hour before our flight. Let us keep our room even after check out and just renewed our keys. Stressful day made a bit easier."
