"We couldn’t do valet parking because they were working on the airport and to top it all off we had to sell Park and then we had to walk a long way to get back in to the hotel to check in….. was a really inconvenience. The whole reason of staying at the airport was for the convenience in the parking (which didn’t happen on this trip ) Checking could’ve been a little bit easier and the hotel could’ve been cleaner-carpet in our room and bathroom had some dirt on them"

"The room had small insects crawling on the counter in the bathroom and on my neck fan when I woke up this morning. My rooms were cancelled at 1:00 & I hadn't arrived. There was no phone call or anything. Mind you, check-in was at 3:00. I put in my notes that I would arrive around 8:00p.m. I ended up paying more for my rooms. There was a $75 security hold that had to be paid at check-in and a $15 parking fee. No one ever mentioned. The fridge didn't work and my room never got cooled. I...

"Love this hotel. We had a wonderful time. Great staff. They pool was so nice. Was great to get up have breakfast and get on the bus to the parks. We where able to have Walmart delivery items to the hotel. Wish was a great help. Hope to go back soon"

"Our family loved the lazy river and the free breakfast helps with the vacation budget. It was super close to Hollywood Studios, Walmart, restaurants, gift shops and gas stations. We will definitely be back."
