"We have stayed before and liked it, which is why we booked it again. This time was not as good. We did not have any hand towels, washcloths, or bedding for the pull-out couch. I know I could have asked for them, but we got in after midnight and already had to wait in a long line to check in. We were too tired to go back and wait in line again for towels and bedding. When you book a nice hotel, you should be able to expect to find the minimum number of linens in the room without having to go...
