"Absolutely lovely little hotel, that offers spacious rooms ( hard to find in big cities of Japan). Front desk hours are well pronounced, and there was always someone at those hours. Its only few rooms hotel, so do not expect an attendances or room service. If you are looking for spacious, two beds room, this is a great find. There was a refrigerator in the room, bathtub and shower and everything you need, easy to find, great location "

"Simply the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. I just loved the lobby - it felt like the palace in Dune, so open and artistic and beautiful. The room was wonderful. There was also an iPad that easily controlled lights and AC and it was not clunky at all, rather super easy to use. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about Thousand Oaks and I will definitely return. "

Free ramen after 9 pm and the breakfast buffet was a great deal on traditional Japanese breakfast items (you can pay separately at the hotel if you don't want every day).
