We really enjoyed our stay at Mimaru Kyoto Nijo Castle. Highly recommend! The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop for easy transport throughout Kyoto. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful, spacious, and very clean rooms. Comfortably fit my family of 6 (four kids), which is very hard to find among hotels in Japan. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The decor was a beautiful mix of modern and traditional. There are many charging outlets conveniently located throughout the room. We were very happy to have a washer/dryer and kitchenette in the room. Short walk to convenience stores. We really loved this hotel so much, we didn't want to leave. Thank you!

It is a perfect apartment/hotel for our few days in Kyoto. A well-equipped kitchen for cooking light meals, laundry machine and plenty of space! The staffs are very helpful and always pleasant!
